We are pleased to announce that Opera Residences, Landream’s recently completed high-end project, has been shortlisted for the 2022 World Architecture Festival (WAF) Awards in the housing category.
Opera Residences was conceived as a fluid form, generating a continuous sequence of expressive elements from all four facades whilst simultaneously capturing breathtaking views of The Sydney Harbour and its surrounds. Internally, elegant simplicity is at the heart of the design with a rich palette of materials that allows owners to personalise their own homes.
This $600 million freehold project has also been shortlisted for the 2022 Australia Architecture Awards (NSW) and announced as a finalist in Architizer A+ Awards, The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence, Urban Taskforce Awards and UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence.
