Landream has been announced as a finalist in the 2019 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence in the Medium Density Development category for its $170 million GRV project, Beecroft Place.
Beecroft Place, a 130 apartment development designed by award winning DKO Architecture and accompanied by a 30 shop retail precinct anchored by Woolworths, was completed in September 2017 by Built.
The development focused on delivering an urban vertical village which complements Beecroft’s unique village setting, while offering its residents convenience, community interaction and innovation.
A testament to the design, in collaboration with CBRE the project sold out in just six hours setting an unprecedented level of enquiry for the area at the time.
The development also holds the title of the first shopping bag free retail centre in NSW, collaborating with Woolworths to execute for the retail centre’s launch.
